Eisberg Greenland double crossing

Nóra is the first Hungarian woman to cross Greenland, but she is also the first woman internationally to complete the more than 500-kilometer arctic expedition in pairs without external help or supplies.

Gábor's thoughts about the trip: "...standing on top of the two-kilometer-thick ice sheet, while the polar light illuminates the endless ice field, you can know exactly what motivated the first Arctic explorers a hundred years ago. And in a hundred years, if someone is standing in the same place, they will know why I came here. In the Arctic, everything is motionless and seems to exist forever... This is an opportunity to experience eternity as humans for a specific moment.”

In the Arctic, everything is motionless and seems to exist forever...
